A direct hire recruitment fills a long-term need.  For this service, we will post the job on our Web site and multiple job boards.  We will then devote significant time and effort to find, prescreen and present candidates with the requisite skill, knowledge and corporate culture fit to the open role.  If a candidate that we present is chosen, then we will bill a one-time fee based on a percentage of the candidate’s annual base salary.

Contract staffing is when UserEdge provides experienced consultants to an organization based on a set duration at a mutually agreed hourly bill rate.  This type of arrangement is perfect for companies that do not want to commit to hiring a full-time employee but need added support to complete certain projects or address fluctuating business.

Under contract staffing, UserEdge is responsible for employment verification, background checks, drug screening, hourly wages, payroll taxes, unemployment and workers compensation, as well as insurance/401K retirement benefits.

TEMP TO HIRE

Temp to Hire is similar to contract staffing but with the intention of the UserEdge consultant becoming a permanent employee of the client after a specified time period providing that our consultant performs well during their temp status.  This type of arrangement is perfect for organizations that want to reduce the risk and aggravation of a bad hire.
