Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Hybrid Remote: Hauppauge, New York

The Salesforce Business Analyst analyzes and manages Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data to enable the continuous development and improvement of Salesforce systems in support of business activities.

Creates reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insight and aid technology decision-making.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manages CRM system data and solves data quality issues in Salesforce and across connected systems/applications
  • Analyzes business processes and creates enhancement requirements using industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Designs Salesforce solutions, with a focus toward user experience, process efficiency, and data integrity
  • Builds and maintains Salesforce and CRM analytics dashboards and reports
  • Performs system enhancement backlog evaluations including defining scope and priorities for system initiatives
  • Communicates complex systems and technical topics in a clear, concise manner to all stakeholders
  • Creates Salesforce CRM best practices and knowledge base
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Salesforce Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analysis, business administration, finance or technology related field required
  • Minimum four years CRM systems experience required
  • Experience managing data in a complex CRM system environment required
  • Salesforce Certification required
  • Knowledge of financial service business processes and industry trends preferred
  • Experience building dashboards and/or reports is preferred
